  Went in to buy some products and saw this Metamucil for special. Once I paid I checked the tax invoice and realised the charged price was higher than the amount on the specials ticket. I went and spoke to salesperson and she checked and advised it was correct but wanted to check with someone else. So we went to see this other person and he told me " kids put labels on the floor and mums put them back and I have to always check the labels at the back" I asked him if all these labels were put back by mums as per his explanation and he said only that. LoL. I asked the guy if this label was printed by them and he said yes. And I explained to him that labels matches the exact product. Further I explained that the Label was not on the floor but properly displayed. He then got aggressive raised his voice. I told him to calm down multiple times. He said" we are not changing the price do whatever you want" and crunched the receipt and walked off. I calmly asked him what his name is to which he responded " S,A,R,B".
  
  I have never come across this kind of rude and aggressive behaviour. Disappointed.

  Went here for the first time today because I urgently needed a prescription filled at night.
  The Pharmacist Joel was great, and the gentleman that checked out my goods at the front of the store was so lovely. The staff were very helpful, especially when I needed help to find an item. I would really reccoment this store!

  Female pharmacist is SO RUDE on the phone. After telling a few other people about what she said to me they all said "Oh her!" And told me issues they've had to deal with her attitude in the past. Anger issues or something. Then when we came in, we didn't receive my fiance's text message for a script. Waited 15 minutes to be told "wait for your text." Waited another half hour then finally gave up and said we're STILL waiting for the text message, the pharmacist realised "oops. You didn't receive your text? It's been sitting here the whole time." This text message thing is stupid. Just call out people's names or give them a number like every other pharmacist ever. Because we NEVER received the text message and had to wait 45 minutes at 10:30pm for no reason AND dealt with an easily irritated, rude woman.

  I guess there is a reason why this store has such a low star rating vs. other chemists. If you haven't been told, then hopefully I am doing you a favor by giving you my honest feedback.
  I was given a wrong strength/dosage of a particular medication, and guess what, mistakes happen and that is acceptable, however when I went to exchange for the correct dosage as per prescription the person at the counter cross questioning me like an FBI officer and questioning my integrity rather than just accepting their fault or/and that it was an oversite. Rather than a straight forward swap over, he was going to investigate the incident and get back to me? NO I need the medication NOW and not wait for an investigation....seriously!!! On standing my ground, with great resistance I was given the correct medication.
  I hope Chemist Warehouse management questions the store manager about their current google rating and this incident. Hopefully future customers will be treated as customers and not thugs!

  Chemist does not accept faxed through prescriptions from doctors anymore. Very disappointing especially when it’s the only chemist open 24 hrs in the area when you need medication at 10pm at night.
  They seem to be more worried about their workload being increased than actually helping the surrounding community in the area by getting better and providing the medication people require.
  In the current time where we have covid going around plus also now the flu and doctors that won’t see anyone with flu like symptoms. The only option you have is to do a Telehealth consultation with a doctor and they only fax scripts to your choice of chemist. You would think chemists/pharmacists would do everything possible to help the community to get better.

  Although staff were new they were eager to learn. The pharmacist that assisted me Jianen who knew exactly what she was doing was absolutely lovely and helped me even though she was really busy and even wished me well personally afterwards. Very kind service :)
