  The worst red rooster experience I’ve ever had. I’ve requested for fresh food because I am pregnant, I ordered chicken chips & gravy.
  The chicken, chips and gravy was served cold. The food looks like it was sitting there since the morning. They clearly don’t care about customer service & quality of food. They are just being lazy! I had to come back and ask for fresh again, they only replaced the chips but the chips was still not fresh. The chicken was so dry & the gravy was so cold. They were rushing their food service and the manager doesn’t care about food standards. I spent money on this meal & got served bad food. I will never come back to this red rooster again.

  Fantastic food, especially with their new range of crispy chicken, it's understandable that in some nights the service is slow when it's really busy, but they're just human and they're trying their best, main thing is that the food is good.

  One of the only take away chains in Cranbourne that get our order right 95% of the time! Never had badly prepared food and they deliver faster than other chains too.

  Ordered a regular chips (extra salt) NOT a HEART ATTACK WORTH OF SALT. never have i EVER had this much salt put on something even when i’ve asked for extra salt. they were literally INEDIBLE and disgusting. yes i get i asked for extra but i mean a little bit more (if i wanted this amount i would say extra extra extra extra extra extra x10 more times).. which most places seem to understand. AND the chips weren’t even fresh which just made it so much worse !!! it’s was 9.30 at night why wouldn’t the chips be fresh. It was literally like they put the whole shaker of salt on these chips.. so BEYOND.

  I think this franchisee is very stingy. The food is terrible quality. An ex employee told me that they use expired chicken!! DISGUSTING…
  I’ve seen ‘Mansi’ treat her staff so poorly, very rude woman.
  terrible service, terrible food, terrible management.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THE CRANBOURNE NORTH RED ROOSTER!
  
  I ordered online and I then called them to ask for everything to be freshly made and with extra chicken salt on everything- I spoke to a man on the phone he assured me it will be fresh with extra chicken salt.
  
  I received my order- all of it was cold, soggy, no salt at all and what looked like chicken stuffing on my onion rings and chips boxes. The boxes had fingerprints on them. My garlic bread was cold like it hadn't even been warmed up at all, the onion rings were cold and rock hard like they were yesterdays left overs, and the chips were gross, cold and soggy with no salt at all. I order 2 family sized fries along with a large onion rings and a garlic roll and unfortunately none of it was good.
  
  Sloppy work by the staff at the Cranbourne North Red Rooster and I will 100% never order there again. Sloppy, dirty and lazy work. Not a happy customer.

  Not enough staff..had to wait about half an hour while one poor guy was working counter and druve thru...and was mid lunch rush....about 6/8 waiting ....needs to improove for better service....
